Refund, Transfer & Cancellation Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Registrations are transferable — see below.
In-Person / Hands-On Courses
- Students may transfer to another scheduled date up to [3] days prior to class start.
- Students who do not attend their scheduled class forfeit the tuition and do not qualify for a transfer.
- Registrations may be transferred to another student with written notice at least [3] days prior to class start.
Livestream Courses
- Students may transfer to another date within 24 hours of the first class session.
- Students who do not attend their scheduled class do not qualify for a transfer.
- Students who no longer qualify for a date transfer may swap into a self-paced online course, subject to availability.
Self-Paced Online Courses
- Access begins on the date of purchase. Once a course has been started, it does not qualify for a transfer or credit.
- Unstarted courses may be swapped for another self-paced course within [30] days of purchase.
All Modalities
- Completed courses do not qualify for a refund, transfer, or credit under any circumstance.
- Textbooks, manuals, printed materials, supplies, and shipping are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Certificates are issued only to the individual who attended and completed the course.
Cancellations by Cornerstone Health Education
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to inclement weather, insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- If we cancel, you may transfer to a future class date or request a full refund of tuition.
- We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred.
NOTE: RESALE OF COURSE PURCHASES IS PROHIBITED. Transfers must be arranged directly through Cornerstone Health Education and are subject to approval.
Replacement & Duplicate Certificates
Students and graduates may request a replacement copy of their certificate of completion. All replacement certificates are issued upon verification of records and receipt of payment. All fees are non-refundable.
Fees
- Printed replacement certificate — $25
- Digital copy (PDF) — additional $25
- Archive retrieval fee — additional $50, applied when records are six (6) months old or older and must be pulled from archives
Processing
- Requests must be submitted in writing to cornerstonehealtheducation@gmail.com
- Allow 7–10 business days for processing; longer if archival retrieval is required.
- Certificates are released only after payment is received in full.
- Name changes require legal documentation (marriage certificate, court order, or updated government-issued ID).
Please Note
- Fees cover administrative time and are not negotiable.
- We do not rush archived files. Time travel is not included in the fee structure.
